I'm an operations leader and builder based in Amsterdam. I've spent my career scaling teams and businesses in digital manufacturing — from growing revenue to $120M+ to expanding departments from 9 to 76 people across 15 nationalities.

When I'm not doing that, I'm tinkering. I love figuring out how things work, whether that's a new framework, a side project, or a better way to make decisions with data. Ask me about running, obscure wedding destinations, or cinema.
